For Keyword research, we can use a free tool such as the Google Keyword Tool, or a paid tool such as NicheBot.
So here's the plan:
1 ) Find a product you need to promote (Green Widgets)
2) Find a search term you would like users to type into the search engines ( keyword research - NicheBot?) ... Let's imagine it's "Green Kangaroo Review"
3 ) Create an Article based .... Let's say it's "Green Kangaroo Review" ( truthful review is that it really works!)
4) Use the keyword phrase "Green Kangaroo Review" as the Heading of the Article -- and then insert it somewhere close to the top of the Article, but grammatically correct for readers - don't cause it to look and feel spammy
5 ) the Article Must be at least 500 Words Minimum and try and include some other Keywords that are connected to the Product for additional searches. (Blue Kangaroos, Red Kangaroos, etc )
6 ) Submit the Article - but be certain to and a link to your Website/Landing Page/Blog related to the base of the article in the writer signature - Resource box.
7 ) be certain that your page is ready for traffic from these articles.
8 ) You can also just link direct to the Merchants page if you use a site like Squidoo.com
9) Rinse and repeat, but use a totally different article for another Article Directory )
Sites like Squidoo.com and HubPages.com are also great sites to build review or comparison sites or even Informational sites for the affiliate product. These sites, including EzineArticles.com, get a ton of traffic BUT they also help GREAT Search Engine Results!
